Services

Paver sealing and restoration services

Paver surface being cleaned before sealing

Cleaning, sanding and sealing

We clean the requested paving, evaluate joints and recommend compatible application. Concrete entrance areas and stone terraces can receive separate systems within a coordinated project.

Paver deck after cleaning and resealing

Failed sealer stripping and restoration

Cloudiness or peeling can undermine the appearance of a prominent entry. We inspect the old sealer and recommend practical corrective removal where a new finish needs a different foundation.

Concrete paver driveway with restored color

Paver tinting and color restoration

Color restoration is evaluated for suitable concrete pavers where clear sealing falls short of the goal. Original tones and surface variation are reviewed before any tint application.

Materials

Materials and finish choices

Concrete brick style paver driveway

Concrete and brick style pavers

Regular brick-style concrete pavers are often good candidates for color-enhancing topical sealer. Our most requested option is high-gloss water-based sealer. Matte or lower-sheen choices may suit a different preference when a compatible product is available.

Brick style pavers beside a pool

Clay and Chicago brick

Clay and Chicago brick have their own porosity, texture and color variation. We evaluate mineral deposits and previous treatments before choosing a product. A sample can help show how the sealer affects older brick and its natural character.

Travertine pool deck after cleaning

Travertine, marble and natural stone

Travertine, marble and other natural stone generally favor a compatible penetrating or impregnating sealer that allows vapor movement. Natural-look and enhancing options depend on the stone and product. Topical gloss on stone is reviewed separately for compatibility and wet traction.

Finish

Choosing the right finish for your Highland Beach paving

Marble terraces, clay brick and concrete entrances call for different sealing decisions. Natural stone generally benefits from a penetrating treatment that preserves its character, while concrete may suit stronger color enhancement. We connect the product choice with moisture, existing coatings and wet use so appearance and practical care are considered together.

Step by step

How we clean and seal your pavers

Paving and finish assessment

We identify the material, review old sealer and discuss the color, sheen and use you want from the finished space. We distinguish existing color enhancement from tinting when fading is the main concern.

Surface and joint cleaning

Professional cleaning prepares the paving and joints. Rust, oil or other specialty stains are treated where included. Cleaning reveals the paving’s remaining color before the restoration treatment proceeds.

Drying and weather review

The paving must meet the selected product’s application requirements, including moisture and weather conditions. Sheltered sections must meet the application requirements just as open paving must.

Joint sand preparation

Dry silica sand is our standard where replenishment is needed. Polymeric sand is available upon request when suitable and included in the estimate. Prepared joints help the paving look finished alongside its refreshed surface.

Compatible sealer application

The crew applies the chosen product at an appropriate coverage rate, monitoring absorption and appearance across the paving. Application follows the product instructions rather than treating more coating as better.

Curing and aftercare

We explain when people, vehicles and furniture may return and how to clean and maintain the chosen finish. You receive guidance for routine cleaning and reviewing the finish as it wears.

Local care

Sealing driveways and outdoor paving in Highland Beach

A marble terrace and a concrete paver entrance have different sealing needs. We explain how a penetrating treatment can preserve stone character and how a suitable topical finish can enhance concrete color. Wet use and the desired sheen are part of that product discussion.

Pricing

What determines paver sealing cost in Highland Beach

The estimate covers the preparation and finish your paving needs. Area, material, joint condition and existing coating affect the price. Stripping a failed film or restoring faded concrete adds work beyond straightforward cleaning and sealing. We explain those differences so you can choose the treatment that addresses the problem you want solved.

Questions

Paver sealing questions

Can marble receive the same sealer as a concrete driveway?
Marble and concrete need different product choices. Marble generally benefits from a compatible penetrating, vapor-permeable treatment. The concrete pavers may suit a different system and level of color enhancement.
Will sealing protect paving from all coastal exposure?
No. The finish still needs maintenance and can wear with use and exposure. We select a compatible product for the actual material and explain care rather than promise permanent coastal protection.
When can residents return to a sealed entry?
The selected product and conditions govern reopening. We provide instructions for pedestrian use and any vehicles or furniture. Management should communicate the closure plan before application rather than assume immediate access.
Can you seal over an existing sealer?
Sometimes. The old finish must be compatible and in suitable condition. Whitening, peeling or heavy buildup can require testing, stripping or a different preparation plan before a new product is applied.
Do you use silica sand or polymeric sand?
We use dry silica sand as our standard joint material where replenishment is needed. Polymeric sand is available upon request when appropriate and included in the estimate. If existing joints are sound, unnecessary resanding can be avoided.
Will sealing stop weeds and ants?
Suitable sealing can help stabilize prepared joint sand, but it cannot guarantee permanent weed or insect prevention. Debris removal and ongoing care still matter.
