1. Information We Collect
Depending on your interactions with Aqua Force, we may collect:
- Contact information: Names, telephone numbers, email addresses, billing addresses, and service-property addresses.
- Property and service information: Requested services, property conditions, access instructions, scheduling preferences, estimates, proposals, work orders, service history, and technician notes.
- Business and association information: Company or association names and contact information for property managers, board members, owners, and other authorized representatives.
- Communications: Website-form submissions, emails, text messages, customer feedback, and information you provide during conversations with our team.
- Billing and membership information: Invoices, payment status, transaction records, payment authorizations, service-plan selections, and recurring billing arrangements.
- Photographs and videos: Images you provide or that we capture in connection with estimates, services, inspections, quality control, or claims.
- Technical and usage information: Information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring websites, and visit dates and times, where collected by our website and supporting technologies.
- Communication preferences: Records of subscriptions, consent, unsubscribe requests, and other communication choices.
We collect information directly from you, through your interactions with our website and services, and from individuals authorized to coordinate work at your property. We may also receive relevant business contact information through referrals and publicly available business or association sources.
You may choose not to provide certain information, although this may limit our ability to prepare an estimate, coordinate work, process a transaction, or respond to your request.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary website contact forms, email, or text messages.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to inquiries and prepare estimates.
- Schedule, coordinate, perform, and document services.
- Communicate about appointments, arrival times, property access, project progress, and service completion.
- Maintain customer records and administer memberships or recurring service arrangements.
- Process authorized payments, issue receipts, and resolve billing questions.
- Address feedback, service concerns, warranty requests, insurance matters, and claims.
- Send service reminders, offers, and other marketing communications consistent with applicable law and your preferences.
- Maintain, secure, evaluate, and improve our website and business operations.
- Prevent fraud, protect people and property, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Maintain and honor consent and opt-out records.
3. Housecall Pro, Payments, and Saved Payment Methods
We use Housecall Pro to support customer management, estimates, scheduling, service records, invoicing, payments, and customer communications.
Customers may authorize a payment method to be saved through Housecall Pro for future payments. Saved payment methods are maintained through Housecall Pro and its payment-processing infrastructure. We use the platform to administer authorized charges and maintain related transaction records.
A saved payment method may be used for payments you authorize under an accepted estimate, invoice, membership, service agreement, or other payment arrangement. This Privacy Policy does not itself authorize a charge, enroll you in a membership, or establish recurring billing.
You may use available Housecall Pro payment-management options or contact us for assistance updating or removing a saved payment method. Removing a payment method does not itself cancel a service agreement or eliminate an outstanding payment obligation.
We may retain invoices, payment history, transaction references, and related business records even after a saved payment method is removed.
Housecall Pro’s handling of information is also described in its Privacy Policy.
4. When Information May Be Disclosed
Aqua Force does not sell or rent personal information. We do not provide customer information to other businesses for their own marketing or promotional use.
To provide services and operate our business, certain information must be processed by our service providers or disclosed for limited business and legal purposes.
Business service providers
We use providers such as Housecall Pro, payment processors, website hosts, technology-support providers, and email and text-message platforms. We also use Mailchimp for email marketing. These providers process information in connection with the services they supply.
Service coordination
Relevant information may be available to employees and appropriate contractors who need it to coordinate, perform, or document work. We may also communicate relevant project information to authorized owners, property managers, association representatives, or other designated contacts.
Professional support and claims
We may disclose information to accountants, attorneys, insurers, collection providers, or repair professionals when reasonably necessary for business administration, payment matters, insurance, or claim resolution.
Legal obligations and protection
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or other valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or property.
Your instructions
We may disclose information at your direction or with your permission.
We limit these disclosures to information reasonably relevant to their purpose. The additional protections for mobile information and text-message consent below apply to those categories of information.
5. Email, Telephone, and Text Communications
Service-related communications
We may communicate with you about inquiries, estimates, appointments, work in progress, completed services, memberships, invoices, payments, and other matters related to your relationship with Aqua Force.
Marketing email and automatic unsubscribe
We may send marketing emails about Aqua Force’s services, maintenance reminders, promotions, and offers, consistent with applicable law.
Every marketing email blast includes a built-in unsubscribe option. To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link provided in the message. Our email platform automatically processes your selection; you do not need to contact our office for routine removal.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not prevent necessary, nonpromotional emails concerning requested services, receipts, billing, or an existing service agreement.
Telephone calls
We may call you regarding an inquiry or service request. You may ask us to stop promotional telephone calls.
Text messages and automatic opt-out
When you consent to receive text messages, we may send messages within the scope of that consent. These may include estimate updates, appointment reminders, arrival notifications, service updates, billing notifications, or promotional messages where the required consent has been obtained.
Providing a telephone number, requesting an estimate, purchasing a service, or viewing this policy does not by itself constitute consent to automated promotional text messages. Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Every text-message blast includes built-in opt-out instructions. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP as instructed. Our messaging platform automatically processes your request; you do not need to contact our office for routine removal.
You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. That confirmation will contain no marketing or promotional content.
You may also communicate a request to stop calls or text messages through another reasonable method, including contacting info@aquaforcepressurecleaning.com or 954-798-8333. We will honor requests within the time required by applicable law. Our automated opt-out tools are provided for convenience and do not limit other legally recognized ways to withdraw consent.
For assistance, follow the help instructions in the message or contact us using the information above. If an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism does not work, please notify us so we can address the issue.
Opting out does not cancel scheduled services, memberships, or payment obligations. Necessary service or billing communications may continue through other permitted channels, consistent with your preferences and applicable law. We will not use another channel to circumvent a request to stop marketing communications.
Protection of mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Messaging providers may process this information to deliver Aqua Force messages, maintain consent records, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable legal requirements. Consent to receive Aqua Force messages is not transferred to another business for its marketing.
6. Cookies, Website Technologies, and Email Measurement
Our website and supporting providers may collect technical and usage information through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies to support website functionality, maintain security, remember preferences, and understand website performance.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. Browser settings generally apply only to the browser and device on which they are configured.
Depending on the features enabled in our email platform, marketing emails may use technologies that report delivery, opens, or link clicks. This information helps us evaluate and improve our communications. You can stop receiving marketing emails through their unsubscribe links. Email software may also offer controls that limit remote-image loading or email tracking.
Third-party features and external services, such as review displays, social-media links, booking tools, or payment pages, may collect information when you interact with them. Their independent handling of information is governed by their own privacy notices.
7. Property Photographs and Videos
We may collect photographs and videos to evaluate property conditions, prepare estimates, document existing conditions or damage, record work performed, verify completion, support quality control, and address insurance or legal matters.
Operational documentation is separate from promotional use. Use of property images in advertising, social media, or other promotional materials is subject to applicable permissions, agreements, and legal requirements.
Contact us if you have concerns about a property image or wish to request that it not be used in future marketing. A request concerning marketing use does not necessarily require deletion of documentation needed for service records, insurance, disputes, or legal obligations.
8. Information Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, administering ongoing agreements, maintaining appropriate business and financial records, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, our relationship with you, and applicable requirements.
We may retain limited contact and preference information to ensure that unsubscribe and opt-out requests continue to be honored. Deletion requests and removal of saved payment methods do not necessarily require deletion of invoices, transaction history, or other records we have a lawful reason to retain.
9. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle to help protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Access to customer information is limited according to legitimate business needs. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident triggers notification obligations under applicable law, we will provide the required notices.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, or to ask questions about its use.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of your information, withdrawing consent, or objecting to or restricting certain uses. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
Where appropriate, we may need to verify your identity and the authority of anyone acting on your behalf. We will not require identity verification for routine marketing unsubscribe requests.
Certain information may be retained when permitted or required for transactions, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Where required, we will explain why a request cannot be fulfilled and any available appeal process.
Send privacy requests to info@aquaforcepressurecleaning.com. Using the subject line “Privacy Request” helps us route your message but is not required. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate method.
For routine marketing opt-outs, use the unsubscribe link in the email or reply STOP to the text message as instructed. Other legally recognized requests to withdraw consent will also be honored.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults arranging property services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website and communications may contain links to services operated by other businesses. This Privacy Policy does not govern those businesses’ independent privacy practices. Review their privacy notices before providing personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
When required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes. Posting a revised policy does not itself establish consent to new marketing activities.
