Which cleaning method is right for my property?

It depends on the surface. Roofs get a low-pressure soft wash that removes algae and buildup without damaging tile or shingle. Driveways, walkways and patios get professional surface cleaning. Pavers can be cleaned and then sealed to lock in the color. We inspect the surface first and tell you which method we recommend before we start.

Do you service businesses and HOAs?

Yes. We work with homeowners, businesses, property managers, HOAs, condominium associations, and public facilities throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties, including large multi-building community projects.

Aqua Force carries both general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are fully licensed and follow strict safety protocols to protect our staff, our clients, and their properties.

Is cleaning performed monthly, or am I paying monthly for scheduled visits?

Your membership divides the cost of a fixed-term cleaning plan into monthly payments. Cleaning is performed on scheduled service visits throughout the year, not every month. Depending on your package, you can choose two, three, or four maintenance visits per year. Your agreement will specify the number of visits and included services.

What happens if my property needs substantial cleaning before maintenance starts?

If your property needs an initial restorative cleaning or specialty treatment, we will identify that during the assessment and quote it separately unless it is expressly included in your agreement. This may include heavy buildup or treatments for rust, oil, oxidation, calcium, and other specialty staining. Any additional work will be explained and approved before proceeding.

Which surfaces are cleaned at each visit?

Your selected package and written agreement determine the surfaces covered during scheduled maintenance visits. Coverage may include driveways, sidewalks, patios or pool decks, exterior walls, gutter faces, and screen enclosures.

Roof cleaning follows a separate schedule: Complete Membership includes one annual roof cleaning with the second maintenance visit, while Roof Every Other Year includes one roof cleaning during the 24-month term. Roof cleaning is not performed at every visit.

Your quote will clearly identify included surfaces, optional add-ons, and any services scheduled separately.

Are gutter whitening and screen enclosures included?

Standard washing of gutter faces is part of exterior cleaning where your agreement includes it. Gutter whitening, which treats oxidation streaks, is a separately quoted service. Screen enclosure cleaning is an add-on for the Driveway & Patio plan. For other plans, your quote will show whether your screen enclosure is included.

How are visits scheduled?

Visits are arranged throughout your membership term according to the frequency in your selected plan. Members receive priority scheduling, with appointment timing subject to weather, property access, and scheduling availability. If a visit needs to be adjusted, we will coordinate a revised date with you.

What is the commitment, and what happens if I cancel or move?

Driveway & Patio, Everything but the Roof, and Complete Membership have 12-month terms. Roof Every Other Year has a 24-month term.

Monthly billing is an installment arrangement for the full membership term, not a month-to-month service. Under the membership terms, early cancellation generally makes the remaining unpaid contract balance due, subject to applicable law. Memberships do not automatically transfer when a property is sold or a member moves. Contact Aqua Force to discuss your circumstances and review the cancellation and transfer provisions in your agreement before enrolling.

Does the membership renew automatically?

No. Under the current membership structure, your plan does not automatically renew at the end of its term. A new agreement is required to continue membership service.

Do unused visits roll over?

Generally, no. When Aqua Force has offered a reasonable scheduling opportunity, unused services expire without rollover or cash value unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Declined dates, nonresponse or access and preparation problems do not automatically create a refund or replacement visit. A prevented visit may count as used after reasonable documentation under the agreement.

What happens if a payment fails?

Service may be suspended while the account is delinquent, without extending the membership term or eliminating amounts due. Reasonable scheduling resumes after the account is brought current, subject to the remaining term and availability.

What if Aqua Force ends the membership?

If Aqua Force terminates without a client breach and cannot provide the remaining value, future installments stop and unearned prepayment is refunded. Other termination circumstances are governed by the membership agreement.

They came and Pressure Cleaning my roof and my gutters and did an absolutely exceptional job. They were clean they were. They’re extremely friendly and had a crew of three. The roofers not really needed yet, but I knew the HOA was coming soon and the roof cleaning and these guys did a great job and a great just a great team. This is in the Canyon Springs area of Boynton Beach Florida.
