A South Florida company built on better service

Before founding Aqua Force, Jeremy Baniel worked in sales and attended the fire academy. He valued hard work, preparation and attention to detail, but repeatedly saw homeowners struggle with pressure-cleaning companies that did not answer the phone, delivered inconsistent results or made the service harder than it needed to be.

In the summer of 2010, he decided to build the kind of company he believed South Florida property owners deserved: reliable communication, fair pricing and work completed with care. He invested his savings in his first industrial pressure washer, studied exterior-cleaning methods and began earning trust one property at a time.

The early work was hands-on. Jeremy canvassed neighborhoods, distributed flyers and offered demonstrations so customers could see the difference for themselves. A full-property cleaning that included the roof, walls, driveway and patio helped generate the referrals that moved Aqua Force forward. As demand grew, he hired the company's first employee, invested in better trucks and equipment, and built training and quality-control systems around the standards he had established personally.

Aqua Force was not created to sell one cleaning method to every property. It was created to solve exterior-cleaning problems professionally and build relationships through results.

Heat, humidity, heavy rain, irrigation, tree cover, lakefront exposure and a year-round growing season cause exterior surfaces to weather differently here. Tile valleys collect organic growth. Shaded sidewalks stay damp. Irrigation leaves mineral and rust stains. Pavers fade, lose joint sand and absorb contaminants. Landscaping and pools sit close to the work.

Experience in these conditions teaches an important lesson: the right result depends on the method. Roofs are soft washed at controlled low pressure. Durable flatwork can be cleaned with professional pressure and flow. Painted, sealed and natural-stone surfaces receive a more cautious approach. Rust, oil and grease require chemistry selected for the contaminant rather than more force.

Aqua Force carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage. For large projects that need a dedicated water source, we can obtain an authorized fire hydrant meter from the applicable municipality and pay for the water used when that arrangement is stated in the proposal.
