Services

Paver sealing and restoration services

Paver surface being cleaned before sealing

Surface cleaning, joint care and sealing

We prepare driveway paving and decorative outdoor materials before selecting compatible finishes. Our Parkland work demonstrates the benefit of making separate product decisions within one property.

Paver deck after cleaning and resealing

Sealer stripping and corrective preparation

Uneven or failed old sealer is assessed before new application. We recommend practical corrective preparation, including stripping when needed, to support a suitable restoration finish.

Concrete paver driveway with restored color

Concrete paver tinting

Tinting is available for suitable faded concrete pavers needing stronger color correction. We explain the result in relation to existing tones and repairs, with a sample where helpful.

Materials

Materials and finish choices

Concrete brick style paver driveway

Concrete driveway and patio pavers

For suitable concrete pavers, topical sealing can deepen existing color and add sheen. High-gloss water-based sealer is our most requested finish. Compatible matte or lower-sheen products can be considered when the goal is subtler enhancement.

Brick style pavers beside a pool

Clay and reclaimed Chicago brick

Brick color, porosity and old treatments guide the recommendation. Clay and Chicago brick should be evaluated as their own material rather than treated automatically with a concrete-paver product. A sample can help establish the expected appearance.

Travertine pool deck after cleaning

Marble, travertine and natural stone

Natural stone usually benefits from a compatible penetrating or impregnating treatment that permits vapor movement. The choice can preserve a natural appearance or enhance tones, depending on the product. Glossy topical requests are evaluated individually for suitability and wet use.

Finish

Choosing the right finish for your Parkland paving

Our documented Parkland driveway and decorative-stone project illustrates the visual impact of a chosen high-gloss finish. It does not make gloss the answer for every surface. We review your paving, wet use and old coating to help you choose enhancement, natural appearance or restoration with the preparation that treatment requires.

Step by step

How we clean and seal your pavers

Paving and finish assessment

We identify the material, review old sealer and discuss the color, sheen and use you want from the finished space. Driveway wear and patio appearance are discussed as parts of the same improvement.

Surface and joint cleaning

Professional cleaning prepares the paving and joints. Rust, oil or other specialty stains are treated where included. Included stain treatment is completed before the surface receives its finish.

Drying and weather review

The paving must meet the selected product’s application requirements, including moisture and weather conditions. The paving must be ready for the product, including its specified moisture conditions.

Joint sand preparation

Dry silica sand is our standard where replenishment is needed. Polymeric sand is available upon request when suitable and included in the estimate. Joint care is matched to the installation and condition of the existing sand.

Compatible sealer application

The crew applies the chosen product at an appropriate coverage rate, monitoring absorption and appearance across the paving. The finish choice connects your appearance preference with product compatibility.

Curing and aftercare

We explain when people, vehicles and furniture may return and how to clean and maintain the chosen finish. We explain ordinary care and the importance of allowing the treatment to cure properly.

Local care

Sealing driveways and outdoor paving in Parkland

Our Parkland work has included driveway sealing and a high-gloss finish on decorative stone. That example required separate decisions for the materials. We assess your paving individually and explain when a penetrating stone treatment or a requested topical finish is appropriate.

Questions

Paver sealing questions

Can decorative stone have a gloss finish?
Some stone can suit a requested topical finish after compatibility and wet-use review. Penetrating, vapor-permeable treatment is generally preferred for natural stone. We explain the tradeoffs and can discuss a sample.
Can low driveway joints be replenished before sealing?
We assess joint condition and use dry silica sand where suitable replenishment is included. Recurring loss or unstable paving can indicate a separate problem. Preparation should be stated in the quote before application.
Will sealer prevent weeds along landscaped edges?
No. It may help stabilize suitable sanded joints, but does not guarantee weed prevention. Landscaping and ongoing joint maintenance remain relevant.
What is included in residential workmanship coverage?
Residential sealing includes a one-year limited workmanship warranty under the accepted terms. Review the written coverage with the estimate. It should not be treated as a promise that all stains, wear or underlying paving issues are covered.
What is the difference between clear sealing and tinting?
Clear sealer can enhance the color already present. Tinting is a color-restoration service for suitable faded concrete pavers. The material and condition determine whether it is a useful option.
How long will the finish last?
Traffic, sun, moisture and routine care affect how the finish wears. We explain the maintenance for your product and recommend reviewing the paving’s condition to decide when a refresh will be useful.
